Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Merchandiser with at least 1+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing merchandising strategies, maintaining product displays, and ensuring our stores are visually appealing and aligned with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards across the store
  • Organize and stock merchandise to maximize sales and customer experience
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking as needed
  • Analyze sales trends to optimize product placement and displays
  • Collaborate with store management on promotions and seasonal layouts
  • Ensure pricing, signage, and product labeling are accurate and up to date
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
  • Assist with receiving shipments and processing new merchandise
  • Provide excellent customer service when needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ year of merchandising or retail experience required
  • Strong visual merchandising and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Basic understanding of sales trends and retail analytics
  • Ability to lift/move merchandise (up to 40 lbs)
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with apparel, footwear, or lifestyle retail
  • Knowledge of current retail and fashion trends
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
